The drawstring in the neckline allows you to adjust it to wear off the shoulders, off one shoulder, as a scoop or round neckline. The drawstring in the sleeve hem allows you to wear it cinched in or loose as a flared sleeve.

You can choose whether you want this dress short length or in an asymmetrical hemline.  For your reference, Tracy is 5’3″.
